Security personnel are certified as level 2 unarmed uniformed, level 3 armed uniformed, and level 4 armed plainclothes officers. In addition, ReAkct Security Services, Inc has certified private investigators. ReAkct Security Services, Inc also has its own continued education training school as well as it's own school which certifies individuals as security personnel in the State of Texas. The owner of ReAkct Security Services, Guillermo Martinez Jr, has over thirty years of experience in law enforcment, has a Master's degree in criminology and has experience with FBI secret clearance while serving in the United States.
