N’SPINE Monitoring, Inc is a Veteran and Female owned Intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring (IONM) company based in San Diego, CA. We provide surgery specific coverage to any case involving neural structures. Each clinician is assigned to cases in which they have extensive knowledge and specialization. Due to our unique skill set and specializations N’SPINE Monitoring works in both the university setting and level 1 trauma centers throughout Southern California. We perform modalities ranging from the basic SEPs, MEPs and EMGs to the advanced Awake Craniotomies and DBS cases. In addition to our services our team helped establish a university level accredited neurophysiology lab, level 1 trauma center and surgery center.
