Based in Burlington, North Carolina, Creative Directions has been operating since 2004 to serve the area of Burlington, Durham, Greensboro, Raleigh, Reidsville, and Yancyville, North Carolina and Danville, Virginia. This non-profit was created to meet the needs of the social and economically disadvantaged along with those that desire growth for themselves and the community.

We are an internationally accredited nonprofit community support program offering Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services along with transportation to and from this program. Our program is designed and monitored by a state licensed therapist. A Qualified Mental Health Professional and Paraprofessionals are on staff to assist the participants in the program.
