Military Contract Officer Representative of Afghanistan

Task Force Maverick Civil Affairs Officer, Contracting Officer Representative, provided staff management for all Commanders Emergency Response Program projects within Parwan Province, Afghanistan valued at over $41 million dollars.

U.S. Civil Affairs Contracting Officer Representative attached to the British 16th Air Assault Brigade, 3rd Parachute Regiment and 3 Commando Brigade Royal Marines, managed reconstruction projects worth over $3 million dollars in Helmand Province, Afghanistan.  Planned and executed humanitarian assistance operations, benefiting over 2,000 Afghan citizens. 

Built temporary medical buildings for disaster relief & installed all equipment/supplies.
