American Roadshow Catering (ARS) is a full service on location catering company based out of LA that can provide services throughout the USA. We have over 20 years of on location catering experience specializing in motion picture and television catering. ARS is committed to being environmentally friendly whenever possible; our menu is tailored to take advantage of what is in season and to support local farmers and purveyors, we compost our vegetable scraps, use eco-safe cleaning products, and use compostable plates/cups/utensils. Our mobile kitchens and support vehicles are state of the art and equipped with generators, running water, and refrigeration, allowing them to be self-contained and us to provide services at any location.
