Since 1997, Davina Lady has been providing real estate sales and consulting services. During her first few years in the industry, while working at Carpenter Realtors, she partnered with Shelly Bond and they created a real estate team in order to grow their business to take on bank-owned foreclosures and relocation business. Then a few years later, in an effort to expand their skill sets further, they both obtained their appraiser licenses.

 

Lady and Associates was formed in 2013. We are woman-owned and operated, have 22 years of industry experience, and offer an assortment of specializations.

 

Our services include real estate sales, consulting and appraisal services. In addition to our vast skill set, we have developed long-term and repeat client relationships, are WBE certified, established a broad network of industry connections, and have extensive industry experience.
